I am making a website for this lady called Karen(http://www.korkoi.com) who
is a personal trainer and life coach type thing and she is a bit short so she wanted
to do a skill swap with me and Dave instead of paying in real money. So seeing as I don’t need any
life coaching, I am having personal training off her instead.
When I did my
'what do you want to achieve' questionaire/interview I said I wanted to be
more bendy and better at balancing. So now I go to the gym once a week and
balance on the beach balls with her throwing little medicine balls at me like
the karate kid or something. Also she has me doing Fisher-Price My First Yoga
